Who You Are Contracting With
Perspiva is a product of JASLA HOLDINGS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17093195, whose registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. “Perspiva”, “we” and “us” mean JASLA HOLDINGS LTD. Perspiva is the name of the service, not a separate legal entity.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Perspiva, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Perspiva to collect data without participant consent, distribute spam, violate any applicable law, or interfere with the service or other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge.
Data Ownership
You own all survey data and responses collected through Perspiva. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Intellectual Property
The Perspiva platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Perspiva and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Perspiva is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and a consumer resident in the UK or the EU may bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence.
