Question 1

What is Perspiva?

Accepted Answer

Perspiva gives you a Customer Intelligence Report built from your own customers' answers. It shows who your customer is, what they struggle with, the words they use, where the opportunity is, what to say, and what to do next.

Question 2

Do the people who answer need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. They open the link you send and answer straight away, with no account and no app to download.

Question 3

Which browsers work?

Accepted Answer

Any modern browser on a computer or phone, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Question 4

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Sign up free, with no card, and tell Perspiva what you want to decide. It helps you write the survey. Send the link, and once 3 people have answered, read the six at-a-glance answers. There is no trial. Free stays free, and Pro is charged from the day you choose it.

Question 5

When can I see my report?

Accepted Answer

You can build your Customer Intelligence Report once 3 people have finished your survey. Free shows the six at-a-glance answers; Pro and the Signed Report open all four sections. You can read each answer as it comes in.

Question 6

Can people type instead of speaking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Voice is the default, and anyone can switch to typing at any time.

Question 7

Can I see who said what?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every finding in your report links to the answer it came from, so you can check it before you act.

Question 8

How many questions can a survey have?

Accepted Answer

There is no fixed limit on any plan. Fewer people finish long surveys, so Perspiva helps you keep yours short.

Question 9

What's included in the free plan?

Accepted Answer

1 active survey, up to 25 responses a month and the six at-a-glance answers. No card and no trial: Free stays free. The four report sections and the PDF come with Pro or a Signed Report.

Question 10

How does the Signed Report deposit work?

Accepted Answer

You pay a $300 deposit to book it, and it counts toward the $1,500. Ask before work starts and we refund it in full. We invoice the $1,200 balance when we deliver your report.

Question 11

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Question 12

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get your money back. Outside that, we look at each request case by case. The Signed Report deposit is refundable on request before work starts. Email legal@perspiva.com.

Question 13

Who owns my survey data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Perspiva processes your data only to provide the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Question 14

How is voice data handled?

Accepted Answer

Voice interviews run through a specialist speech provider. That provider produces the transcript and holds the recording under its own retention terms. Perspiva stores the transcript with your survey and keeps no copy of the audio. We do not set a retention period for the recording the provider holds. Email privacy@perspiva.com if you need that provider named.

Question 15

Is Perspiva GDPR compliant?

Accepted Answer

We follow GDPR principles including data minimization, purpose limitation, and the right to erasure. Email privacy@perspiva.com to exercise your rights.
