Who We Are
Perspiva is a product of JASLA HOLDINGS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17093195, whose registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. JASLA HOLDINGS LTD is the data controller for the data described here. Because we are established in the United Kingdom, the law that applies is primarily the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018; where the people whose data we process are in the European Economic Area, the EU GDPR may apply as well.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, survey responses) and usage data (pages visited, features used) to operate and improve the service.
How We Use It
We use your data to provide the service, send transactional emails, generate aggregated insights from survey responses, and improve product quality. We do not sell your data.
Third-Party Services
Perspiva relies on a small number of specialist providers to run the service: hosting for the application and its database, sign-in and identity, synthetic voice and speech-to-text for voice interviews, language-model routing, transactional email, payments, product analytics and session recording, error tracking and session replay, and default avatar images. Each processes only the data its function requires, under its own privacy policy and our written instructions. Language-model requests are routed rather than sent to one fixed provider, so which downstream model handles a given request can vary. We describe these providers by role rather than by name; if you want the named sub-processor list as a customer, a respondent or a regulator, email privacy@perspiva.com and we will send it.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Survey responses are retained until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@perspiva.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
